The Arc of Blackstone Valley is a nonprofit corporation founded in 1955 to provide services to persons with mental retardation and their families. Serving Pawtucket, Central Falls, East Providence, Cumberland, and Lincoln, we operate over 30 different programs of community living, job training and education.
